Shipping policy

FOR AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

DISPATCH TIMES

All our Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post and are dispatched within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) of receiving full payment. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking details via email. 

Please make sure to review your address when confirming your order to avoid delivery delays. If you live in an apartment, unit or flat, do not forget to include your unit number.

PREORDERS

If your order includes a preorder item, your entire order will be held until all items are ready to ship. You will be shown the estimated dispatch date on the product page and during checkout. We will send you a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your preorder items have been shipped. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for those products.

IMPORTANT

At times, the Australia Post network may be impacted by unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather conditions, strikes, network capacity and volumes etc) which may cause delays. LUMENAURA cannot be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. 

BOUNCED PARCELS

In the event of a bounced parcel or unsuccessful delivery due to reasons not caused by us, we may, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us, charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs, or terminate your order if you repeatedly fail to take delivery of the product.
